When you want to add an agent
When you add an agent your bill will increase accordingly, and depending on when in your billing cycle you do it, the amount for the initial cycle will be prorated. For example, if you add an additional agent on day 15 out of 30 on your billing cycle, the cost of that agent will reflect only 15 out of 30 days.
When you want to remove an agent
When you remove an agent, this agent will be scheduled to offload your account at the end of your current billing cycle. So if you decide to remove an agent on day 5 out 30 on your billing cycle you will keep that agent for 25 more days.

Solution processing is when a solution to a certain customer issue can be resolved by us. For example, if you as the merchant have a set refund policy in place and the customer is eligible for that refund, our agents will process that refund for the customer on your behalf.
