How long does it take to get setup?

Setup is a quick and easy process, in fact we can have everything up and running within a week of signing you up.

First, we'll gather all the information that we need from you like your return/refund policies, fulfillment information and other information we will need to know to help your customers as much as possible.

Then, we'll style our chat widget to match your branding and place this widget on your site.

Can I add or remove agents whenever I want?

The short answer, yes!

When you want to add an agent
When you add an agent your bill will increase accordingly, and depending on when in your billing cycle you do it, the amount for the initial cycle will be prorated. For example, if you add an additional agent on day 15 out of 30 on your billing cycle, the cost of that agent will reflect only 15 out of 30 days.

When you want to remove an agent
When you remove an agent, this agent will be scheduled to offload your account at the end of your current billing cycle. So if you decide to remove an agent on day 5 out 30 on your billing cycle you will keep that agent for 25 more days.

We love Shopify! In fact, all our lead agents are Shopify experts! Integration with Shopify is simple, fast and easy. Our chat systems allow us to see visitor locations, their current page and history, as well as see the items in their cart in real time.

What is 'Soltuion Processeing?

Solution processing is when a solution to a certain customer issue can be resolved by us. For example, if you as the merchant have a set refund policy in place and the customer is eligible for that refund, our agents will process that refund for the customer on your behalf.

There are limitation to the types of solutions we can process.

How does 'Multi-Channel' Integration work?

Multi-channel integration allows your customers to reach you from wherever they are, not just on your website. We can currently integrate with Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp.

Multi-Channel integration is an additional $14.99/per channel per month.

How does billing look? Can I expect any surprises?

Billing is straightforward and easy to understand, there will never be any surprises on your bill. There are no such things as overage charges at ThreeCee, so you can be confident knowing exactly how much you'll pay.

We operate with a 30-day billing cycle, and if any additional agents are added mid-cycle, the increase in charges will always be prorated.

Are there really no commitments?

Correct! We operate on a month-to-month basis, unless you opt in for an annual plan.
